As first home buyers, the whole purchasing process could have been frustrating or confusing. However, having Poh Leen as a key part of the team made everything a breeze.

She really took the time to help us understand each step of the process, really going above and beyond to look after us. Any questions we had were never too big or too small, and they were always so responsive! They really took the time to help us understand the different home loan options, and the nuances of each so we could make a well informed decision.

Another testament to their level of service is how across the 6+ month period to find the right home, Poh Leen helped us navigate pre-approval and renewal despite RBA cash rates changes being turbulent.
Her industry know-how from decades of experience in major banks, and as leadership, really shone through; especially when they helped us secure an extremely competitive borrowing rate.

They were even so kind to accompany us to a few nearby inspections and offer to join us for auctions as support.

Dreamlend was a real game changer in helping us buy our first home! My partner and I were keen to explore house buying options in January 2026, but we didn’t have much experience with the process.
