Where we act as a credit representative, personal information may also be collected, held, and used by our Australian Credit Licence holder, Finsure Finance & Insurance Pty Ltd, in accordance with their Credit Guide and Privacy Policy.

Where we collect and handle credit-related information, we do so in accordance with Part IIIA of the Privacy Act and the Privacy (Credit Reporting) Code 2014.
