Arlen brings more than 15 years of experience across banking and lending, with a calm, people-first approach that helps clients feel supported at every stage.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Auckland and has worked with major lenders including ASB, The National Bank, ANZ and the Bank of New Zealand — developing strong expertise in credit assessment and lending strategy.
What drives Arlen is simple: helping people make confident, well-informed financial decisions. He takes the time to understand each client’s goals, then works collaboratively to build the right pathway forward.
